Product Overview:
The 950 Dynamic Dilutor is a gas distribution instrument controlled by an HMI touchscreen, designed for preparing standard gases required for VOCs analysis. The dilutor uses advanced "digital mass flow controllers" to precisely control the flow of standard gas and dilution gas, achieving high-precision gas mixing ratios. The VOCs standard gas is prepared to the required concentration and finally stored in a SUMMA canister.
Product Features:
- A one-way constant pressure valve is installed at the output end of the mass flow controller to maintain a fixed pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the "digital mass flow controller" and limit the gas distribution pressure, ensuring stable and safe flow control
- The wetted surfaces are made of stainless steel and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), ensuring cleanliness. All pipelines are siliconized to guarantee the accuracy and purity of the gas mixture
- The system uses an HMI touchscreen for control and can be used independently to pressurize or clean SUMMA canisters with nitrogen. All cleaning data is displayed on the human-machine interface for user convenience
- The system uses an "absolute pressure sensor" and "orifice flow limiting device" to automatically monitor the internal pressure of the sampling canister, making gas distribution more accurate and reliable, and achieving constant-speed gas distribution under constant pressure
- The HMI touchscreen interface is equipped with RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet, and other communication ports, allowing users to remotely operate the dilutor, perform online software upgrades, remotely retrieve gas distribution data, and more
- The HMI touchscreen human-machine interface is user-friendly and features two different display styles. In the future, more functions can be realized through software upgrades
