Innovative high-concentration VOCs sampler, suitable for use in high-temperature, high-humidity, high-dust, and highly corrosive environments. High-concentration VOCs sample gas is diluted in two stages to low concentration and stored in a sampling canister. Compared to traditional vacuum box + gas bag sampling methods, it avoids the shortcomings of gas bags in adsorption and permeability, as well as the problem of short sample storage time. High-concentration VOCs sample sampling can be applied in industries such as petroleum refining, petrochemicals, coal chemicals, electronics, textile printing and dyeing, printing and packaging, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, coatings, wood-based panels, storage tanks and pipelines, painting, and foundry.

- Compared to traditional gas bag sampling, the sampling canister has extremely low adsorption and basically no permeability, minimizing concentration loss of the sample and better reflecting the true VOCs emission concentration
- Two-stage dilution avoids problems caused by high temperature and high humidity in the original sample. The dilution ratio is flexible and adjustable, ensuring the sample does not contaminate the sampling canister, which can be reused multiple times
- Built-in PID detector can measure VOCs concentration after the first-stage dilution, further determining the second-stage dilution ratio to ensure the final concentration entering the sampling canister is within the appropriate range
- In pollution source exhaust VOCs sampling scenarios, gas bag samples collected under the influence of temperature and humidity need to be kept at a constant 120°C throughout before analysis; after dilution with this sampler, there is no such issue. From sampling to transportation to laboratory storage, the entire process is more convenient
- In terms of sample storage time limit, samples in the sampling canister can be stored for up to 1 month, which is more suitable for large-scale sampling occasions and projects. Gas bag collected samples have very short storage time
- In terms of VOCs sample substance types, the sampling canister can collect more than 100 substances, while aluminum foil sampling bags are suitable for collecting halogenated hydrocarbons with boiling points below 60°C; Tedlar bags are suitable for collecting halogenated aliphatic hydrocarbons and benzene series compounds with boiling points below 150°C, but not suitable for halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons sampling
- Complete quality assurance measures: equipped with recovery rate testing function to ensure the accuracy of dilution
