A two-component solvent-free amine-cured epoxy heavy-duty anticorrosive coating.
Main Performance
The coating film is tough, with excellent water resistance, oil resistance, and chemical resistance. It provides outstanding corrosion resistance even in a single-layer application. It reduces the risk of fire and explosion during construction in confined spaces. It can be applied by roller brush or high-power dual-feed or single-feed airless spray equipment. It can be overcoated on various existing coatings such as alkyd, epoxy, and polyurethane paints. It is suitable for underwater, above-water, and buried environments. It complies with the requirements of GB 5369-2008 General Technical Conditions for Marine Drinking Water Tank Coatings. After full curing, the film is non-toxic and odorless. It has been tested and supervised by the Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention and meets the standards of GB/T 17219-2001 Standard for Safety Evaluation of Drinking Water Distribution Equipment and Protective Materials issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Health. It also complies with BS 6920:2000 (Suitability of non-metallic products for use in contact with water intended for human consumption with regard to their effect on the quality of the water).
Design Purpose
Used for anticorrosion protection of steel structures or concrete in hygienic environments such as food processing plants, drinking water storage tanks, food storage rooms, etc. It can be applied on the inner walls of storage tanks to resist corrosion from various products, providing protective coating, including crude oil, water, etc. It is suitable for underwater steel structures, buried pipelines, and other facilities requiring corrosion protection. It can also be used as a single-coat heavy-duty anticorrosive coating for decks.
