• The valve body is equipped with a blowing port for connecting steam, nitrogen, or inert gas to blow away dirt accumulated in the valve cavity and sealing areas;
• Fluid resistance coefficient is extremely low, almost close to zero;
• The valve port allows passage of pipeline cleaners for pipeline cleaning, with a bottom-mounted dirt collection box for easy removal of impurities;
• The valve transmission area has an oil injection hole for timely lubrication of the valve stem and bearings to reduce friction resistance;
• If required by users, a valve stem dust cover and dust cap can be provided;
• Valve installation methods include vertical, horizontal, and side-lying. Horizontal and side-lying installations must be specified when signing the contract.

Purpose

The MZ series city gas quick-opening and closing gate valve (welded) is suitable for media such as: blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, producer gas, water gas, oil gas, various dirty gases, as well as clean gases like liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, and mine gas. It is mainly used in gas production in coal gasification, metallurgy, coking industries, and on urban gas distribution pipelines.
