• The water seal check valve mainly consists of the valve body, swing cover, valve shaft, pneumatic device, water injection device, overflow device, water level control device, heating and insulation device, etc.
• It adopts a fully enclosed housing, preventing medium leakage during operation and avoiding environmental pollution.
• When fully open, the flow resistance of the medium passing through the valve is nearly zero; when the valve is in the closed position, the extreme low water level status display and alarm device function.
• It has an automatic water replenishment function, keeping the water level always between the high and low water levels, and features high, low, and extreme low water level status displays along with an extreme low water level alarm device.
• It can achieve remote transmission and local control and can be interfaced with a computer.
• In the converter flue gas purification and gas recovery system, it shares a control cabinet with the pneumatic three-way gas switching valve and the pneumatic bypass gas shut-off valve to achieve system interlocking and automatic operation.

Application

This valve is a new generation product independently developed based on digesting and absorbing advanced domestic and international technologies. It is suitable for converter flue gas purification and gas recovery systems. As a key interlocking equipment with the pneumatic three-way gas switching valve; it is installed between the three-way gas switching valve and the gas holder to prevent gas from flowing back into the fan through the three-way valve when the three-way gas switching valve does not close tightly.
