Pneumatic Three-Way Switching Valve

• Main Body Part: Mainly consists of a three-way body and two butterfly valves with identical structure and performance. The butterfly valves primarily consist of components such as the valve body, butterfly plate, valve shaft, sealing ring, etc.
• Actuator: Mainly consists of components such as a cylinder, rocker arm, connecting rod, and limit travel switch.
• Mechanical Interlock: The power cylinder and linkage mechanism ensure accurate and synchronized movement switching of the two butterfly valves. That is, when one butterfly valve is fully open, the other is precisely fully closed. This interlocking mechanism is of particular importance in gas recovery. This valve can be equipped with an automatic seat flushing device. If required, the user should specify this in the order contract.
• The two butterfly valves of this pneumatic three-way gas switching valve are located at the ends of the right-angle pipelines of the three-way body.
• In the converter flue gas purification and gas recovery system, the pneumatic bypass gas shut-off valve and the automatic gas water seal valve share a set of control cabinets to achieve automatic system interlocking.
