The NB-IoT IoT commercial ultrasonic flow meter features high precision, high sensitivity, and low-pressure loss for pipeline gas measurement. It also includes functionalities such as NB-IoT communication, prepaid billing, tiered pricing, and anomaly alarms. The NB-IoT IoT commercial ultrasonic flow meter incorporates an ultrasonic gas measurement module internally, which precisely determines gas flow using a correlation-based differential estimation algorithm. Equipped with multiple sensors, it compensates for ambient temperature and pressure to further ensure measurement accuracy. The built-in microcontroller enables meter reading data storage and reporting, as well as automatic detection and reporting of battery status, operational status, and other information of the gas meter. Through the server, remote price adjustments, tiered pricing, meter status monitoring, and valve control, among other management functions, can be implemented.

1. Correlation-based differential estimation algorithm: Compared to the traditional time-difference method used in ultrasonic measurement, the correlation-based differential estimation algorithm can offset minor errors caused by fluid turbulence and environmental interference, achieving higher measurement accuracy.

2. Micro-power consumption technology: Utilizes alternating operation and sleep modes. By employing a high-performance processor to shorten computation time, the operation mode duration is minimized, thereby reducing overall power consumption.

3. Automatic zero-point correction technology: Embeds an automatic zero-point correction algorithm that adjusts to zero when there is no flow, compensating for component aging and drift over time to ensure measurement stability and accuracy throughout the product's lifespan.

4. Fully sealed technology: All circuits are sealed with high-performance potting compound, with no external electrodes, ensuring excellent sealing and long-term stable operation of the circuit board in harsh environments such as humidity and oil fumes.

5. Gas quality automatic detection technology: Based on the difference in sound speed between air and natural gas, it can automatically detect the type of gas flowing through the pipeline.
