The commercial non-contact IC card gas meter consists of a controller, a base meter, and a valve. It is used to measure the gas flow in pipelines and features prepayment and control functions. Users pay the gas fee to the management department, which writes the purchased gas volume into the IC card. After users input the information from the IC card into the gas meter, the meter will automatically open the valve to supply gas. During usage, the microcomputer in the gas meter automatically deducts the remaining gas volume. Once the purchased gas is exhausted, the gas meter will automatically close the valve to cut off the gas supply. Users must repurchase gas and swipe the card to reopen the valve for gas supply.
1. Non-contact IC card (RF card) technology: Utilizes RF card technology and wireless data transmission, addressing issues such as waterproofing, moisture resistance, oil fume resistance, and tamper resistance.
2. Ultra-low power consumption technology: Powered by four AA dry batteries, which can last for over two years.
3. Motorized valve technology: Employs motorized valve technology, ensuring reliable operation and minimal pressure loss.
4. Fully sealed design: All circuits are sealed with high-performance potting compound, with no exposed electrodes. The excellent sealing ensures the circuit board operates stably for extended periods in humid and oily environments.
