Optical System

1. The unique top-irradiation optical path structure, the patented automatic sample lifting and measurement platform and the self-rotating system make it possible to measure powder samples without contaminating the detector, and it is convenient to maintain and has good reproducibility.

 

2. The compact coupled optical path I is the first of its kind in China. The new compact coupled optical path adopted by the high-sensitivity technology makes the 5800 series have excellent precision. The advanced design ensures that the fluctuation range of the analysis results is very narrow, thereby reducing light consumption and increasing light yield. The distance between the X-ray tube and the sample, and between the sample and the detector in the 5800 series is significantly shorter than that of previous instruments, so the 5800 series has less light loss and better performance.
