Thermal Mass Gas Meter

This gas meter is manufactured based on Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) technology, utilizing a flow sensor chip with the principle of thermal mass flow. It has led to the development of a new generation of fully electronic intelligent gas meters. This product achieves mass measurement of gas flow without requiring the temperature and pressure compensation typical of conventional gas meters.
