Product Features:

·The switchgear is designed according to the armored metal-enclosed switchgear in GB/T3906. The whole equipment consists of two major parts: the cabinet body and the withdrawable part (i.e., the handcart). The cabinet body is divided into four separate compartments, with independent pressure relief channels for each. The enclosure protection degree is IP4X, and the protection degree is IP2X when doors between compartments and the circuit breaker chamber door are opened. It has schemes for overhead incoming/outgoing lines, cable incoming/outgoing lines, and other functional schemes. After arrangement and combination, it can form distribution devices of various scheme forms. This switchgear can be installed, debugged, and maintained from the front, so it can form double-row arrangements back-to-back and be installed against the wall, improving the safety and flexibility of the switchgear and reducing the floor space.

·The enclosure of the switchgear is made of aluminum-zinc coated thin steel sheet, processed by CNC machine tools, and adopts multiple folding processes. This not only gives the entire cabinet high precision, strong corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance, but also makes the cabinet lighter in overall weight, higher in mechanical strength, and more beautiful in appearance compared with other similar equipment cabinets due to the multiple folding process. The cabinet body adopts an assembled structure, connected by pull-rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, resulting in a short processing and production cycle, high part versatility, small floor space, and convenient production organization.
