Pinggao Tianling's N2X/N2N series environmentally friendly gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear is a new generation of medium-voltage C-GIS products that combines the excellent performance of gas insulation with the advantages of vacuum interruption technology, and possesses independent intellectual property rights.
Pinggao Tianling environmentally friendly gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear has been widely used in power transmission and transformation systems in many countries around the world. It can use micro-positive pressure nitrogen (N2) or dry air as the insulating gas, and the circuit breaker uses vacuum interruption, avoiding the use of the high global warming potential gas sulfur hexafluoride. The equipment features environmentally friendly, compact, maintenance-free, modular, and highly reliable technical characteristics. The products meet GB, DL, and IEC standards, have passed ASTA and TUV certification, and are particularly suitable for medium-voltage systems or substations in cities with limited land resources and harsh environments such as high altitude, high salt spray, and high humidity.

Environmentally friendly gas nitrogen (N2) or dry air insulation, vacuum interruption, environmentally friendly equipment.
Micro-positive pressure design reduces the risk of gas chamber leakage and meets the rated insulation level and breaking capacity at zero gauge pressure.
The box-type gas chamber adopts 304 stainless steel laser welding process and hydrogen leak detection to ensure an annual leakage rate of less than 0.05%.
Line-side grounding adopts vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber in series coordination, with no risk of insulation gas degradation and longer electrical life.
Large current ≤3150A natural cooling with low operating energy consumption; maximum rated current up to 4000A, meeting the large load power supply capacity of urban power grids.
The primary circuit is truly maintenance-free, and the high-voltage circuit is gas-sealed, unaffected by altitude, moisture, or pollution.
Modular structure design, compact structure, flexible solutions, and convenient installation.
High-voltage components use silicone rubber plug-in connections to realize the expansion of components and cabinets.
All operations are absolutely isolated from the high-voltage circuit, safe and convenient. The circuit breaker and disconnector are equipped with both manual and electric operation functions, especially suitable for remote intelligent control and operation. There is reliable mechanical interlocking between the circuit breaker and disconnector, meeting the requirements of "five-proof interlocking".
