10kV class epoxy resin cast dry-type distribution transformer (SCB18/SCB14/SCB12 series) adopts advanced technology and design concepts at home and abroad. It is widely used in power, construction, residential, industrial and mining enterprises and institutions. The product has good performance parameters, safe and reliable electrical scheme, novel structure and easy maintenance. It is widely suitable for power distribution systems in various industries. Core: Selected high-quality high-grade high-permeability cold-rolled oriented silicon steel strip material, adopting seven-step full miter joint and pull-plate structure with core-through screw clamping. High-voltage winding: Selected TU1 oxygen-free copper wire material, adopting segmented cylindrical structure with axial heat dissipation air duct. Low-voltage winding: Selected T2 oxygen-free copper foil material, adopting foil-type structure with axial heat dissipation air duct. Protective enclosure: Profile truss, cold plate, aluminum plate or stainless steel panel, with good strength and rigidity, easy to disassemble and combine; louvers on the panel for good ventilation and heat dissipation.

6~35kV Dry-type Three-phase Double-winding No-load Tap-changing New Energy Transformer; adopts scenario-specific design, targeting the characteristics of high harmonic content and large load fluctuation in photovoltaic inverter and wind turbine frequency conversion output, using high harmonic-resistant insulation system with partial discharge ≤5 pC. The low-voltage winding is wound with aluminum foil or copper foil, effectively suppressing harmonic eddy current losses, improving the transformer's short-circuit resistance and extending service life. High reliability and low loss; the core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets with 45° full miter joints, reducing no-load loss by an additional 3%-5% compared to the GB energy efficiency Level 1 limit value. The windings are vacuum pressure impregnated (VPI), moisture-proof, dust-proof and salt-spray-proof, meeting long-term operation requirements for offshore wind power and high-humidity areas. Intelligent monitoring; standard three-phase temperature patrol inspection and RS485/Modbus communication interface, which can be connected to SCADA system to realize remote fan control, over-temperature alarm and trip functions. Modular and compact; volume is 30% smaller than traditional oil-immersed type, can be directly installed at the bottom of wind turbine tower or inside photovoltaic box-type substation, saving civil construction investment. Oil-free design, maintenance-free, meeting high environmental protection and fire protection requirements.
