Aiming at the technical requirements of high-strength traction under complex geological conditions such as large inclination and upward/downward mining, in cooperation with coal mine users and coal shearer manufacturers, 201, 176, and 151mm large pitch high-strength traction pin rails have been jointly developed, which can replace 172, 147, and 126mm pitch pin rails to meet the requirements of coal mines for high reliability of the traction system under special geological conditions.

- Adopts high-strength alloy steel material, pressure forging process, and special heat treatment technology to ensure the contact strength of the pin rail meshing surface and the impact toughness of the matrix.
