The structural forms are divided into coaxial type and parallel type: the coaxial type significantly reduces mechanical loss through deep integration of the transmission chain, with outstanding compactness and transmission efficiency; the parallel type is designed for special working face application scenarios, adopting parallel shaft layout and modular assembly, precisely adapting to complex working conditions and limited space requirements of the working face.
The equipment box adopts high-strength cast iron integral design and is equipped with a multi-point circulating cooling system to ensure long-term stable and continuous operation. The gears are optimized for contact stress distribution through precise tooth profile and tooth direction modification, and the modular split design further simplifies the rapid maintenance process. Operating data is collected in real time by three types of key sensors: temperature, vibration, and oil, combined with edge computing to realize online condition monitoring and intelligent fault identification.
