The DZL type assembled water-tube boiler and SZL biomass boiler produced by Henan Leway Thermal Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. are also known as double-drum longitudinal chain grate boilers, burning biomass or solid molded fuel. The water walls on both sides of the furnace adopt membrane water wall structure; excellent workmanship, solid materials, attention to details, from refined design to material production, strict process, striving for perfection. The water walls on both sides of the furnace of this 15-ton biomass boiler adopt membrane water wall structure; the water-cooled tubes on the front and rear walls of the furnace extend downward to the upper part of the grate to form front and rear arches. This increases the sealing of the boiler, while increasing the furnace volume and heating surface area, and strengthens the strength of the rear arch.
The SZL type assembled water-tube boiler adopts double-drum longitudinal arrangement, with chain grate combustion method. Rated evaporation capacity ranges from 4 to 25 t/h. The boiler in the above figure has an evaporation capacity of 15 t/h. The boiler burns biomass molded solid fuel. The water walls on both sides of the furnace adopt membrane water wall structure; the water wall tubes on the front and rear walls of the furnace extend downward to the upper part of the grate to form front and rear arches, which not only increases the sealing performance of the boiler, but also increases the furnace volume and heating surface, while strengthening the strength of the rear arch. Behind the furnace is the burnout chamber and convection tube bundle, with an economizer at the tail. The flue gas enters the tail flue through the furnace, burnout chamber, convection tube bundle and economizer, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the dust collector, induced draft fan and chimney. Secondary air is arranged on the front wall, controlled by valves, and put into use when burning biomass fuel to strengthen combustion, make the fuel fully burn out, and improve combustion efficiency. A higher feed inlet is adopted to meet the needs of biomass fuel.
This boiler is shipped in two major upper and lower parts. The upper major part includes the boiler body, upper steel frame and upper furnace wall. The lower major part includes the coal hopper, chain grate, lower furnace wall and internal air ducts. Except for the front and rear arch tubes and their connecting tubes which are assembled on site, and some brick walls and front and rear furnace arches which are built on site, the remaining components are all assembled and shipped. The tail economizer and flue air ducts are shipped with the boiler. The tail dust collector and its connecting pipes are shipped according to the contract.
Combustion system part: The combustion system includes coal hopper, chain grate and grate driving device.
The boiler chain grate is large grate pieces. The bottom of the grate is divided into several independent air chambers, and air is distributed according to the combustion situation. The air intake method is bilateral air intake with uniform air intake. Secondary air is arranged on the front wall, controlled by valves, and put into use when burning biomass fuel. A hopper and gate are set at the front of the furnace to adjust the thickness of the material layer entering the grate. The grate speed is controlled and adjusted by the reducer. The slag after combustion is discharged into the slag hopper.
The SZL series water-cooled arch and membrane water wall assembled boiler is a new type of water-tube assembled boiler. It cleverly applies the water-cooled arch technology and membrane water wall technology of the large chain grate boiler combustion system to the assembled boiler, with technical indicators at the international level.
