Henan Leway Thermal Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. produces the WNS series gas (oil) boilers, which are shell-type full wet-back three-pass fire-tube structures. The overall wet-back structure and flanged butt connection make the boiler body have good pressure-bearing performance and safe and reliable operation. The flame burns under slight positive pressure in the corrugated furnace, with high combustion efficiency. The corrugated furnace structure not only increases the heat transfer area and the rigidity of the furnace, but also meets the free expansion of the furnace after heating. To achieve low-nitrogen emission, the combustion chamber adopts a large volume design, greatly reducing the furnace volume heat load. Combined with a low-nitrogen burner, it ensures that the NOx emission in the flue gas meets the ≤30mg/Nm³ emission standard. The second pass adopts a threaded smoke tube structure, greatly enhancing heat transfer, improving the heat absorption intensity of the boiler, effectively reducing the exhaust gas temperature, improving boiler efficiency, and saving energy and reducing consumption. The third pass adopts large smoke tubes, which can effectively reduce the boiler smoke and air resistance, improve the burner combustion efficiency, and reduce the burner operating noise. There is sufficient steam space in the upper part of the boiler, and with the use of advanced and reasonable steam-water separation devices, the steam quality is quite stable.
A water separation partition is set inside the boiler, and segmented water supply is carried out in high and low temperature zones, realizing countercurrent and zoned precise heat transfer in the furnace body. By increasing the temperature difference between the flue gas side and the water side, the heat exchange effect is improved, and the utilization rate of the metal material of the heat transfer surface is enhanced. This zoned precise heat transfer technology has been patented by our company.
The front and rear smoke boxes adopt an integral smoke box. There are double-opening smoke box doors on the smoke box. During boiler inspection and maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the burner, and opening and closing are very convenient. The door shaft adopts a hinge structure with thrust bearings, making opening flexible and light; the labyrinth internal and external double sealing structure not only increases the sealing of the smoke box door, but also effectively reduces heat dissipation loss. This smoke box door structure has been applied for 2 patents by our company.

Low-Nitrogen Technology:

To achieve low-nitrogen emission, the combustion chamber of the low-nitrogen boiler adopts a large volume design, greatly reducing the furnace volume heat load. Combined with a selected low-nitrogen burner, it ensures that the NO emission in the flue gas meets the ≤30mg/Nm emission standard.
Condensation Technology: The boiler is equipped with high-efficiency economizers and condensers, and can realize the integrated design of economizer and condenser. The economizer and condenser adopt spiral finned tubes in staggered arrangement and countercurrent heat exchange, with good heat transfer effect. In addition, combined with the user's system condensate recovery situation, an air preheater can be configured to ensure that the exhaust gas temperature is lower than 60℃, realizing the full utilization of the sensible heat in the flue gas and the latent heat of water vapor condensation. For low-temperature condensation corrosion, the low-temperature section material adopts ND steel tube + aluminum fin composite tube with good corrosion resistance and long service life.
