Henan Leway Thermal Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has developed the SZS series oil/gas-fired boilers, which are double-drum longitudinal "D"-type arrangement quick-installed water-tube boilers. It features a compact structure and small footprint, consisting of upper and lower drums, membrane water walls, convection tube bundles, and a flue gas condensation recovery device. The boiler as a whole adopts a fully enclosed welded structure with airtight inner guard plates, providing good furnace wall sealing. The boiler has a large heating surface area. After the fuel burns in the furnace, the flue gas is discharged into the chimney through the convection tube bundles and the flue gas condensation recovery device. A flue gas condensation recovery device is arranged at the tail, which can effectively control the exhaust gas temperature and achieve high boiler thermal efficiency.
The water-tube superheated boiler operates safely and reliably. The reasonably arranged heat exchange form has strong adaptability to fuels with different calorific values. The superheater tube wall temperature is easy to control. Under the condition of low resistance in the superheater system, the higher working fluid flow rate ensures sufficient cooling of the superheater tubes. The reasonable flue gas flow rate avoids ash accumulation on the tubes due to too low smoke velocity, and will not increase the convective heat transfer coefficient and raise the tube wall temperature due to too high smoke velocity. It adopts a fully automatic burner, continuous electric regulation for feed water, high combustion efficiency, and multiple protection functions for safe and reliable operation.
