The GC-4285 automatic gas chromatograph for coal mines is the most critical core component of the automatic beam tube monitoring system specifically designed for coal mines. The GC-4285 coal mine-specific chromatograph features dual column ovens with independent temperature control, three columns connected in parallel for simultaneous sample injection, and interchangeable dedicated chromatographic columns and multiple detectors. It can be connected to the underground gas sampling beam tubes via an autosampler, and through microcomputer control and a data processing workstation, it achieves automatic sequential sampling, pre-cutting, detection, automatic alarm for gas concentration exceeding limits, and report printing. It enables real-time monitoring of automatic gas analysis during the oxidation and spontaneous combustion process of coal seams, improves the accuracy of early prediction and forecasting of spontaneous ignition, determines changes in gas component concentrations within sealed fire zones, and assesses the degree of extinguishment in sealed fire zones.
