The AF-7500 fully automatic atomic fluorescence spectrometer is a new-generation atomic fluorescence spectrometer independently developed by our company, leveraging our own technological advantages. The instrument integrates the latest achievements in modern technology, computer science, and optoelectronics, providing users with a simple, efficient, safe, and reliable analytical tool.

Product Parameters

Employing dual-channel technology, it can analyze two elements simultaneously, suitable for trace and ultra-trace analysis of twelve elements including As, Sb, Bi, Se, Sn, Pb, Ge, Te, Zn, Cd, Hg, and Au.

It utilizes a peristaltic pump and an eight-way valve for sampling. While the first sample is being analyzed, the second sample is loaded into the metering tube. The metering tube ensures accurate sample volume, saves operational time, and nearly halves the total analysis time compared to other instruments of the same type, thereby accelerating the analysis speed.

Zero-time automatic cleaning with alternating injection between two metering tubes—while one tube injects, the other is being cleaned—eliminates the need for separate cleaning time, improving both cleaning and injection efficiency. 

The gas-liquid separation system employs two-stage separation (one-stage gas-liquid separation and one-stage membrane separation), minimizing the influence of water vapor and improving analytical precision. This gas-liquid membrane separation technology has been granted a national patent (Patent No.: 200720104068.X). Additionally, an infrared sensor controls the liquid level, eliminating its impact on analysis. 

The shielded low-temperature ignition quartz atomizer uses far-infrared heating, enabling rapid temperature rise and a long service life.
