LC-5520 Liquid Chromatograph

LC-5520 is the third-generation high-performance liquid chromatograph of East & West Analytical, upgraded on the basis of LC-5510. This liquid chromatograph infusion pump has a wide flow range and is compatible with semi-preparative needs. The detector has higher sensitivity.

20mm optical path detection cell, improved detection sensitivity; 

The deuterium lamp of the UV detector has a manual switch, and the on/off time of the deuterium lamp can be freely set;

New optical design, concave holographic grating, high stability; 

Three-dimensional column oven, more user-friendly chromatographic column installation and replacement, taking into account the installation needs of semi-preparative chromatographic columns; 

Advanced semiconductor refrigeration temperature control, suitable for biological samples and those easily decomposed at high temperatures; 

Low-temperature separation of samples;

The infusion pump has automatic degassing function;

Each module has liquid leakage alarm function;

Can quickly realize the interchange between analytical liquid phase and semi-preparative liquid phase;
