Wireless Cylinder Solenoid Valve
The wireless cylinder solenoid valve is an intrinsically safe gas safety device developed based on 433MHz wireless communication technology, specifically designed for bottled liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) systems. The product integrates a high-sensitivity wireless receiving module, a reliable electromagnetic drive mechanism, and a manual control unit. It is installed between the gas cylinder angle valve and the pressure regulator, enabling linkage with front-end combustible gas detectors and back-end alarm management platforms without the need for control cables. When excessive gas leakage concentration is detected, it can automatically cut off the gas source within 4~8 seconds, while also supporting local manual emergency shut-off. Powered by DC3V (two AAA batteries), with standby current <10μA, wireless reception distance up to 50~80 meters in open areas; nominal pressure 16MPa, designed service life 8 years, compliant with national gas safety and explosion-proof related standards. It is the preferred gas safety protection product for scenarios where wiring is not possible, such as old residential areas, rental houses, and temporary commercial premises.
