The AC-DC EV Charging Power Module is designed as the core power conversion unit for DC fast charging systems, delivering reliable, high-efficiency AC to DC conversion for electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Available in 20kW, 30kW, 40kW, and 60kW power ratings, the module supports a wide output voltage range of 50–1000VDC or 150–1000VDC depending on the model, ensuring compatibility with a broad range of EV battery platforms.

Engineered for demanding commercial applications, the module achieves up to 97.5% conversion efficiency while maintaining stable operation from -40°C to +55°C without derating. Intelligent CAN 2.0 communication enables seamless integration into modular DC charging systems, while compact dimensions simplify installation and maintenance.

These air-cooled charging modules are widely used in public charging stations, commercial EV charging infrastructure, fleet charging systems, residential DC chargers, and customized OEM/ODM fast charging solutions.
