The 60–400kW Floor-Mounted DC Charger is designed for public charging stations, highway service areas, commercial parking facilities, and fleet charging sites. Its integrated floor-mounted design combines power conversion, charging control, communication, and protection functions in a single enclosure, simplifying installation and site deployment.
Equipped with high-efficiency 30kW or 40kW constant-power charging modules, the charger provides a wide DC output voltage range of 150–1000V and supports both single-connector and dual-connector configurations. Depending on the model, the maximum current per connector reaches 250A or 300A, while the maximum total system current reaches 600A.
With system efficiency of at least 96%, an IP55 protection rating, and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C, the charger delivers reliable performance in demanding outdoor environments. Comprehensive electrical and charging protection functions make it suitable for high-utilization commercial EV charging applications.
