Product Introduction

The 600–960kW Liquid-Cooled Split DC Charging Station is designed for high-power, multi-vehicle EV charging applications. Equipped with high-efficiency 30kW–40kW liquid-cooled constant-power charging modules, the system delivers a wide DC output voltage range of 200–1000V and supports flexible configurations with 2 to 16 charging connectors.

Available in 600kW, 720kW, 800kW, and 960kW models, the charging system provides a maximum total output current of up to 3200A. Intelligent power scheduling enables demand-based power distribution, while two supercharging channels support high-current charging requirements. Different terminal configurations are available, including 250A single-plug charging, 250A × 2 dual-plug charging, 600A/800A supercharging, and customized terminals up to 1000A.

With system efficiency of at least 96%, IP65 protection for the power and distribution compartment, IP54 protection for the heat exchange compartment, and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C, the system is suitable for public charging stations, highway service areas, fleet charging hubs, heavy-duty trucks, buses, and customized high-power EV charging projects.
