Product Introduction

The 3.5kW Single-Phase AC/DC Input DC Fast Charging Module is a compact high-frequency switching rectifier designed for industrial vehicles, battery charging systems, and smart logistics equipment. It supports both AC and DC input and provides an adjustable output voltage range of 30–100VDC with a rated output current of 35A.

The module operates at full load with an AC input range of 176–300VAC or a DC input range of 176–400VDC. It also supports derated operation from 85V input, providing greater flexibility for different power supply conditions. A power factor of at least 0.99, THDi of no more than 5%, and precise voltage and current regulation help ensure stable charging performance.

Integrated fuse and surge protection, together with short-circuit, overcurrent, and overvoltage protection, improves system safety and reliability. With its compact dimensions and wide operating temperature range, the module is suitable for industrial vehicles, forklifts, AGVs, battery charging equipment, smart logistics systems, and customized OEM/ODM charging solutions.
