Product Introduction

The 30kW Air-Cooled AC/DC Input EV Charger Power Module is designed for charging systems that require flexible connection to the utility grid, energy storage units, or other DC power sources. Supporting three-phase 380VAC and 660VDC rated input, the module provides an adjustable output voltage range of 200–1000VDC for compatibility with a wide range of high-voltage battery systems and charger configurations.

Engineered for reliable commercial operation, the module achieves a peak efficiency of at least 96.5%, a power factor of at least 0.99, and THDi of no more than 5%. It operates at full power from -40°C to +50°C and continues operating with linear derating up to +75°C. CAN Bus communication enables convenient system control, status monitoring, and integration.

The compact air-cooled design simplifies installation and maintenance. This module is suitable for energy storage charging stations, solar-storage-charging systems, mobile charging equipment, DC fast charging systems, and customized OEM/ODM power conversion solutions.
