The 7.5kW/20kW/30kW Air-Cooled DC-DC Power Module is designed for controlled power conversion between DC power sources, energy storage systems, and DC charging equipment. Available in 7.5kW, 20kW, and 30kW models, the series offers output voltage ranges of up to 1000VDC to accommodate different battery platforms and system configurations. Selected models support bidirectional power flow, enabling charging, discharging, and flexible energy transfer according to system requirements.
Engineered for reliable operation in demanding applications, the series achieves up to 96.5% peak efficiency and supports CAN Bus communication for system control, monitoring, and integration. Depending on the model, the modules operate normally at temperatures as low as -40°C and up to +55°C, with linear derating operation available up to +75°C.
The compact air-cooled design simplifies installation, thermal management, and maintenance. These modules are suitable for battery energy storage systems, solar-storage-charging systems, second-life battery applications, EV DC charging systems, and customized OEM/ODM power conversion solutions.
