Product Introduction

The 360kW/480kW Split-System DC Fast Charging System separates centralized power conversion from the charging terminals, enabling flexible site layouts and multi-connector deployment. Available with air-cooled or liquid-cooled power cabinets, the system supports an output voltage range of 150–1000VDC for compatibility with a wide range of passenger vehicles, buses, and heavy-duty commercial vehicles.

The listed configurations support 2 to 8 charging connectors with intelligent, demand-based power distribution. The 480kW models can also support one high-power supercharging channel. Terminal output options include 250A single-connector charging, 250A × 2 dual-connector charging, 600A or 800A supercharging, and customized terminals rated up to 1000A.

With system efficiency of at least 96%, a power factor of at least 0.99, and operation from -30°C to +70°C, the system is engineered for intensive commercial use. Comprehensive electrical, battery, communication, emergency, and environmental protection functions make it suitable for public charging stations, highway service areas, heavy-duty truck charging sites, bus depots, fleet charging hubs, and customized high-power charging projects.
