Product Introduction

The 120kW EV DC/DC Charger is designed to provide fast DC charging directly from battery energy storage systems, DC bus systems, and other DC power sources. It uses six high-frequency 20kW DC/DC power modules in a parallel redundant configuration to convert DC input into stable charging output for electric vehicles.

Single-connector and dual-connector configurations are available. The charger supports a DC input voltage range of 200–800V, a DC output voltage range of 200–750V, a rated output current of 180A, and maximum output power of 120kW. System efficiency reaches at least 95%.

The modular system integrates DC/DC power modules, charging connectors, HMI, communication, metering, and billing functions. With IP54 protection and CAN, RS485, and Ethernet communication interfaces, it is suitable for mobile energy storage systems, solar-storage-charging projects, microgrids, emergency charging vehicles, and locations with limited grid capacity.
