The 20kW Three-Phase AC-DC Industrial Charging Power Module is designed for battery charging systems and industrial DC power applications that require stable output and flexible voltage coverage. Three models are available, covering output voltage ranges of 20–120VDC, 30–105VDC, and 60–200VDC, with rated output currents of up to 200A.
DSP digital control provides precise power regulation, while resonant soft-switching technology helps reduce switching losses. Active power factor correction delivers a power factor of at least 0.99 and THDi of no more than 5%, improving input current quality and compatibility with industrial power systems. Peak conversion efficiency reaches at least 95% on selected models.
The modules operate normally from -40°C to +55°C and support derated output up to +75°C. They are suitable for new energy vehicles, electric forklifts, AGVs, industrial battery charging systems, industrial DC power supplies, medium- to high-power charging equipment, and customized OEM/ODM solutions.
