GCK Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear is widely suitable for power plants, metallurgical rolling mills, petrochemical, light industry and textile, ports and docks, buildings and hotels and other places as distribution and motor centralized control in power supply systems with AC three-phase four-wire or five-wire system, voltage 380V, 660V, frequency 50Hz and rated current of 5000A and below. Structural Features
The basic cabinet frame of GCK is a combined assembled structure. All structural parts of the cabinet frame are galvanized and plastic-sprayed, connected to each other by screws to form the basic cabinet frame. Doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, mounting brackets, busbars and electrical components and other parts are added as needed to assemble a complete control center cabinet. The structure of this cabinet has the following features:
Cabinet Frame
The cabinet frame is assembled from C-shaped profiles. Cabinet frame parts and special matching parts are supplied by our company to ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet body.
The forming dimensions, opening dimensions and equipment compartments of parts implement modularization (module E=20mm, the same below).
Internal structural parts adopt galvanizing treatment.
The top cover of the cabinet body is removable. Lifting rings are installed at the four corners of the cabinet top for lifting and transportation.
The cabinet frame is divided into three mutually isolated sections: busbar compartment, functional unit compartment and cable compartment, which can prevent the spread of accidents.
Functional Unit (Drawer Part)
The height module of the drawer unit is 200mm, divided into five size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 unit, 2 unit and 3 unit. The rated current of the unit circuit is 630A and below.

Each MCC cabinet can install up to 9 drawers of 1 unit or 18 drawers of 1/2 unit.
The operating mechanism is mechanically interlocked with the drawer. When the main switch is in the closed position, the drawer cannot be withdrawn.
The operating mechanism of the drawer can be locked in the closed or open position with a padlock, allowing safe maintenance of electrical equipment.
The back of the functional unit has main circuit incoming and outgoing plugs and auxiliary circuit secondary plugs.
The functional unit compartments are separated by metal partitions.
The drawer unit adopts a rotary advancing mechanism with three-position function, simple and reliable operation.
The GCK drawer advancing mechanism adopts a spiral trajectory moving along the positioning piece to realize the advancing and withdrawing of the functional unit. During the advancing and withdrawing process of the functional unit, three-position display and mechanical interlock are realized, and it is equipped with a micro switch. Electrical interlock can be performed at the test position.
