S(B)H15, S(B)H21, S(B)H25 Series Amorphous Alloy Distribution Transformers

Amorphous alloy transformers with voltage class of 10kV and below, and rated frequency of 50Hz.

1.1 The transformer core adopts amorphous alloy strip material, with a three-phase five-limb structure arranged in two rows of rectangles. Zero-sequence magnetic flux flows through the two side limbs, the magnetic flux does not pass through the tank, and no structural losses due to heating are generated, enabling the transformer to meet low noise and low loss requirements.
1.2 Except for small-capacity units using copper wire, the low-voltage winding generally adopts a cylindrical structure wound with copper foil; the high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure, making the ampere-turn distribution of the windings balanced and leakage flux small. The high-voltage and low-voltage coils are wound together, enhancing strength and short-circuit resistance.
1.3 A corrugated oil tank is adopted, the oil conservator is eliminated, and the tank cover and tank rim are completely welded or fastened with bolts, prolonging the service life of the transformer oil. Moreover, it has an attractive appearance and small volume, making it an ideal maintenance-free high-quality product.
