This equipment is used for standard universal assembly of angle steel tower feet in the power industry. It can meet the standard assembly requirements for tower feet up to 1200mm, ensuring the uniqueness of each tower foot assembly, satisfying the welding requirements of six-axis robots, and avoiding the problem of robots being unable to locate and weld due to assembly errors. It is also a universal assembly device for non-robot welded tower feet.
1. The main frame of this equipment is welded using high-quality rectangular tubes and high-strength plates. After welding, a normalizing process is applied to remove internal stress, and finally, a six-axis machining center is used for one-time processing, ensuring the strength and precision of the equipment.
2. This equipment adopts a servo motor plus precision planetary gearbox plus heavy-duty slide rail and slider structure to ensure high-precision operation.
3. The rotation positioning uses high-precision double gear rings for rotation, and one pair of gear rings is equipped with an anti-backlash structure.
4. The base platform is equipped with an array of universal bearings (omni-directional bearings) to ensure the workpiece can slide freely.
5. The positioning surface of the positioning seat is equipped with an array of electromagnets to assist the operator in positioning the gusset plate.
