In the production of steel tower manufacturing, the heating and bending of angle steel has always been carried out using self-made simple fixtures and tooling by various units, which commonly suffer from high labor intensity and inaccurate positioning. In response to this situation, we organized technical personnel to conduct long-term research on the steel tower manufacturing process, and have now designed the THQ series "four-column CNC hot bending machine," which features a small footprint, wide adaptability, high product processing precision, high production efficiency, simple operation, and safe use.
