The medium-frequency variable-frequency brushless generator comprises a coaxial, common-housing power-frequency brushless synchronous motor (or asynchronous motor), a medium-frequency brushless synchronous generator, and an AC exciter. It takes in 400Hz three-phase electrical power and outputs 400Hz (or 392–399Hz) electrical power.
