2. Product Features
Fan Structure: The fan mainly consists of the casing, impeller, drive assembly, and air inlet cone.
2.1 Impeller
The impeller features backward-inclined twisted blades. The blades and the impeller shroud are formed using molds, precisely positioned, and continuously welded. After forming, the impeller undergoes static and dynamic balancing correction, with a balance grade of ≤4.0 (per national standard). It offers excellent aerodynamic performance, high efficiency, low noise, and stable operation. At high speeds, reinforcing ribs are added to enhance rigidity.
2.2 Casing
The casing is constructed from welded steel plates, providing high structural strength and good air tightness to prevent leakage. It is finished with spray painting or baking enamel. For frame sizes 14 to 18, a horizontally split (half-and-half) structure along the centerline can be specially manufactured for convenient assembly and disassembly.
2.3 Air Inlet Cone
The convergent streamlined air inlet cone is formed using molds, providing excellent flow straightening, high efficiency, and low noise. It is integrated with the inlet ring to facilitate duct connection for users.
2.4 Drive Assembly
Frame sizes 2.5 to 8 and low-speed 9 to 10 fans use imported self-aligning ball bearings with housings (grease-lubricated). High-speed 9 to 10 fans and all larger frame sizes use split cast-iron bearing pedestals fitted with double-row spherical roller bearings (grease-lubricated).
2.5 Base
The base is a one-piece structural steel frame offering high strength. It is equipped with spring vibration isolators for vibration isolation, providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance and high stability.
2.6 Performance
Wide high-efficiency operating range, preventing performance degradation due to operating point drift; high-reliability design ensures safe, stable operation and a long service life.
