Application: Used for high-temperature smoke exhaust in tunnels, underground garages, metallurgy, etc., capable of rapidly exhausting smoke and reducing temperature in the event of a fire.
II. Product Features
Fan Structure: The fan mainly consists of components such as the impeller and the casing. Among them, XYHL-I is a mixed-flow single-speed type, XYHL-II is a mixed-flow two-speed type, XYHL-III is a mixed-flow roof-mounted type, and XYHL-IV is a mixed-flow box type.
1. Impeller
The impeller features 6 twisted airfoil blades with meridional acceleration characteristics, welded onto the wheel hub. The blades and hub are formed using molds, precisely positioned, and continuously welded. After forming, the impeller undergoes static and dynamic balancing correction, with a balance grade of ≤4.0 (per national standard), offering excellent aerodynamic performance, high efficiency, low noise, and stable operation.
2. Casing
The casing is cylindrical in shape and integrated with the sound-attenuating air inlet cone as a single unit. Guide vanes are installed at the outlet to ensure good airflow distribution and stable pressure.
3. Performance
Operates normally for 45 minutes in a 280°C environment and withstands continuous operation at 100°C for 20 hours per cycle without damage.
