Direction and Angle: Available in clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, each configurable at six angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 270°.

Applications: Suitable for baking ovens, drying furnaces, and high-temperature gas circulation in high-temperature environments, as well as paint finishing systems in the automotive industry, when equipped with a cooling impeller in C-type drive.

II. Product Features

Fan Structure: The fan mainly consists of the casing, impeller, drive assembly, and air inlet.

1. Impeller

Backward-inclined twisted blades, with blades and the shroud formed by molds, precisely positioned, and continuously welded. After forming, the impeller is corrected for static and dynamic balance, with a balance grade of ≤4.0 (per national standard). It offers excellent aerodynamic performance, high efficiency, low noise, and stable operation; at high speeds, reinforcing ribs are added to enhance rigidity.

2. Casing

The casing is an optional component. It features a spiral volute continuously welded from high-quality steel plates, providing high structural strength and good air tightness to prevent leakage. The product surface is treated with spray painting or baking finish, and mounting holes facilitate secure attachment to the insulation layer support frame or easy removal to adjust the outlet angle. A total of 7 insulation thickness options are available: 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175, and 200 mm, with 150 mm as the standard configuration.

3. Air Inlet

A converging streamlined air inlet, mold-formed, offering excellent flow straightening, high efficiency, and low noise. It is integrated with the inlet ring for convenient duct connection by the user.

4. Drive Assembly

Dehui's self-developed new drive box, made of one-piece cast iron, ensures precise bearing coaxiality, compact size, low oil consumption, high stability, and easy maintenance. The main shaft is precision-machined from high-quality 45# carbon steel, designed with ample safety and fatigue resistance. All V-belt pulleys are high-quality cast iron taper-lock pulleys for convenient maintenance and servicing.
