II. Product Features
Fan Structure: The fan mainly consists of the impeller, casing, and other components.
1. Impeller
The blades and hub are formed using molds, precisely positioned, and continuously welded. After forming, the impeller undergoes static and dynamic balancing correction, achieving a balance grade of ≤4.0 (per national standards). It offers excellent aerodynamic performance, high efficiency, low noise, and stable operation.
2. Casing
The casing adopts a cylindrical hub design to reduce flow losses. Guide vanes are installed at the outlet to ensure optimal airflow distribution and stable pressure.
