II. Product Features
Fan structure: The fan mainly consists of the impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission assembly, and base.
1. Impeller and Casing
Both are cast from molds, offering high corrosion resistance and anti-static properties. After forming, the impeller is calibrated through static and dynamic balancing, with a balance grade of ≤4.0 (per national standard). It features excellent aerodynamic performance, high efficiency, low noise, and stable operation. The volute casing adopts seamless bonding technology, ensuring good sealing during operation and preventing gas leakage.
2. Air Inlet
A convergent streamlined air inlet, cast from molds, providing excellent flow straightening, high efficiency, and low noise. It is integrated with the inlet ring to facilitate duct connection for users. It is secured to the fan inlet side with bolts.
3. Transmission Assembly
Dehui's self-developed new transmission box, made of one-piece cast iron, ensures precise bearing coaxiality, compact size, low oil consumption, high stability, and easy maintenance. The main shaft is precision-machined from high-quality 45# carbon steel, designed with ample safety and fatigue resistance. All V-belt pulleys adopt high-quality cast iron taper-lock pulleys for convenient maintenance and servicing.
4. Base
A one-piece steel profile base with high structural strength, equipped with spring vibration isolators for vibration isolation design, offering an attractive appearance and high stability.
5. Performance
Wide high-efficiency range, avoiding performance degradation caused by operating point drift; high-reliability design ensures safe and stable operation. The fan chamber contains no exposed metal parts, and the fully protected unit offers a long service life.
