Product Introduction

NHI has manufactured the world's largest-span bridge-type scraper reclaimer, with a rail gauge of 65 m. This equipment is deployed in the Formosa Plastics MPGC project in the Philippines and is one of the core pieces of equipment in an intelligent fully enclosed coal yard. Independently developed by NHI, this model can be customized to match various requirements and represents the industry's leading technical level. Through multiple generations of upgrades, the equipment has achieved internationally advanced levels in stability, efficiency, and intelligence.

Industry-Leading

Before NHI's breakthrough, technology for spans above 60 meters was mainly monopolized by foreign enterprises. The achievement of a 65-meter span marks China's leap from "catching up" to "leading" in this field.

Large Rail Gauge

A larger rail gauge means a single machine can cover a wider stockpile, thereby greatly improving storage and homogenization efficiency and optimizing space utilization within the same stockyard area.

Strong Blending Capability

Equipped with a loosening harrow for full-section reclaiming to achieve optimal blending results.

Unmanned Operation

Supports one-key pile switching, dual positioning, remote operation, remote parameter setting, remote automatic operation, and more.
