Product Overview

The CEMS-5000 Explosion-proof CEMS System (Condensation) is an extractive cold-dry CEMS specially developed by the company for explosion-proof applications. The system consists of four parts: a gaseous pollutant (SO2, NO, NO2) monitoring unit, a particulate matter monitoring unit, a flue gas parameter monitoring unit (temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, oxygen content), and a data acquisition and processing unit. The system is widely used for online monitoring of SO2, NO, NO2, and particulate matter in various stationary source exhaust emissions, and can be expanded to monitor factors such as CO and CO2.

Built-in acid addition to reduce SO2 loss

Adopts ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy technology + long optical path gas cell, with a detection limit as low as 0.1 μmol/mol and high sensitivity

NO and NO2 can be measured directly and simultaneously without a converter

Not subject to interference from background components such as H2O, CH4, CO, NH3, and dust

Gas cell structure is stable with low maintenance cost

Adopts automatic spectral adjustment technology with long maintenance cycle

Built-in constant temperature module with minimal zero drift and span drift

Application Fields

Suitable for continuous flue gas emission monitoring sites in crude oil processing, chemical engineering, and other sites with explosion-proof requirements
