Product Overview
The CEMS-5000-L Continuous Emission Monitoring System (Hot-Wet Method) is a CEMS developed by the company based on years of experience in ultra-low emission monitoring of stationary pollution sources. The system consists of four parts: a gaseous pollutant (SO2, NO, NO2) monitoring unit, a particulate matter monitoring unit, a flue gas parameter monitoring unit (temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, oxygen content), and a data acquisition and processing unit. The system is widely used for online monitoring of SO2, NO, NO2, and particulate matter in various stationary source exhaust emissions, and can be extended to monitor factors such as CO and CO2. The system performance indicators meet the requirements of HJ75-2017 and HJ76-2017 standards and have obtained CCEP certification.
Product Features
Full-path high-temperature heat tracing with no cold end, effectively preventing measurement value distortion caused by condensation water dissolving SO2 and NO2
Multi-stage filtration and dust removal, simple system structure, high reliability
Adopts ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy technology + long optical path gas cell, with a detection limit as low as 0.1μmol/mol and high sensitivity
NO and NO2 can be directly measured simultaneously without a converter
Not interfered by background components such as H2O, CH4, CO, NH3, and dust
The light transmittance of the gas cell is not affected by temperature or vibration, ensuring high stability
Adopts automatic spectral adjustment technology, with long maintenance intervals
Application Fields
Tail gas emission monitoring and process control in coal-fired power plants, waste-to-energy plants, cement plants, glass plants, lime plants, ceramic plants, sintering, coke ovens, desulfurization processes, denitrification processes, etc.
