Product Overview
The CEMS-5000 Continuous Emission Monitoring System (Cold-Dry Method) is a CEMS developed by our company based on years of experience in stationary source flue gas emission monitoring. The system consists of four parts: a gaseous pollutant (SO2, NOX) monitoring unit, a particulate matter monitoring unit, a flue gas parameter monitoring unit (temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, oxygen content), and a data acquisition and processing unit. The system is widely used for online monitoring of SO2, NOX, and particulate matter in various stationary source exhaust emissions, and can be extended to monitor factors such as CO and CO2. The system performance indicators meet the requirements of HJ75-2017 and HJ76-2017 standards and have obtained CCEP certification.
Product Features
Heated sampling probe effectively prevents condensate water from forming on the inner wall of the probe and dissolving SO2, which would cause measurement value distortion
Multi-stage condensation for rapid cooling and dehumidification reduces gas-water contact time and lowers SO2 loss
Adopts ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy technology + long optical path gas cell, with a detection limit as low as 0.1μmol/mol and high sensitivity
Not interfered by background components such as H2O, CH4, CO, NH3, and dust
Gas cell structure is stable with low maintenance cost
Pretreatment design is simple and easy to maintain
Adopts automatic spectral adjustment technology with long maintenance cycle
Built-in constant temperature module with small zero drift and span drift
Application Fields
Tail gas emission monitoring and process control for coal-fired power plants, waste-to-energy plants, cement plants, glass plants, lime plants, ceramic plants, sintering, coke ovens, desulfurization processes, denitrification processes, etc.
