Overview
The KYN28A-12(Z) (GZS1) type armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems, used for receiving and distributing electrical energy and for controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits.
This product complies with the following standards: GB3906 "3~35kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear," GB/T11022 "Common Specifications for High-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Standards," and IEC60298 "AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for Rated Voltages Above 1kV and Up to and Including 52kV."
Operating Conditions
1. Ambient air temperature: maximum temperature +40°C, minimum temperature -15°C;
2. Relative humidity: daily average relative humidity: ≤95%, daily average water vapor pressure not exceeding 2.2KPa; monthly average relative humidity ≤90%; monthly average water vapor pressure not exceeding 1.8KPa;
3. Altitude: ≤1000m;
4. Seismic intensity: not exceeding magnitude 8;
5. The ambient air should be free from obvious pollution by corrosive or combustible gases, water vapor, etc.;
6. No severe vibration locations;
7. When used under conditions beyond the normal conditions specified in GB3906, the user and our company shall negotiate.

Structural Features
1. The switchgear structure is shown in the figure below. Fully metal modular assembled structure; the cabinet body is made of imported aluminum-zinc coated steel plate with strong corrosion resistance, requiring no surface treatment, processed by CNC high-precision equipment, using advanced multiple hemming technology, connected with rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, featuring high precision, light weight, and good strength.
2. The switchgear can be equipped with VS1 series, VD4 series, ZN65 series and other vacuum circuit breakers produced by our company, featuring wide adaptability and strong interchangeability. The handcart is provided with a working position and a test position, each position having positioning and indicating devices, ensuring safety and reliability.
3. The cable compartment can accommodate up to 9 single-core cables. The equipment has reliable mechanical and electrical interlocking devices, fully meeting the "five prevention" requirements. Each compartment is provided with a pressure relief channel to ensure the personal safety of operators.
