Overview
The TBBZ series high voltage reactive power automatic compensation device automatically tracks and switches capacitor banks through the control system based on the grid and load conditions of 6kV and 10kV power supply buses, performing automatic reactive power tracking compensation to achieve a power factor of 0.9 or above. It greatly optimizes power quality, reduces losses and energy consumption, and improves the transmission capacity of the power transmission and distribution system.
Normal Operating Conditions
1. Altitude: not exceeding 1000m;
2. Ambient temperature: -25℃ to +55℃;
3. Relative humidity: not exceeding 85%;
4. The operating site shall not contain explosive hazardous media; the surrounding media shall not contain corrosive gases or conductive media that damage insulation; the site shall not be filled with water vapor or have serious mold growth.
Product Features
The device can operate continuously under steady-state overvoltage of 1.1 times the rated working voltage;
The device can operate continuously under overcurrent where the root mean square value does not exceed 1.3 times the rated current of the capacitor bank;
The device adopts vacuum contactors for switching and can be operated frequently;
Each capacitor bank is equipped with a discharge coil, which can reduce the residual voltage to below 50V within 5 seconds;
Each capacitor bank can use relay protection or a microcomputer protection control unit to achieve overcurrent protection, voltage imbalance protection, system undervoltage protection, and overvoltage protection for the capacitor bank. When a capacitor bank fails, it can be disconnected without affecting the use of other capacitor banks;
Each single capacitor is protected by a expulsion fuse, and each bank is equipped with a surge arrester for switching overvoltage and lightning overvoltage protection;
Large-screen LCD display controller, real-time display of system voltage, current, and power factor; equipped with RS232/RS485 standard communication interfaces, and can realize "four remote" functions;
Each bank can be equipped with a reactor to suppress closing inrush current or suppress harmonic amplification.
