The GMZ12I intelligent integrated anchoring and grouting machine is a product specifically developed for domestic construction conditions. It integrates the functions of drilling anchor bolt holes, automatic anchor bolt installation, and grouting. The machine adopts electro-proportional hydraulic control and is equipped with two feed beams, one for drilling anchor bolt holes and the other for installing anchor bolts and grouting. It is suitable for anchor bolt operations in medium and large tunnels for railways, highways, national defense, water conservancy, mining, and other fields. The maximum construction width can reach 16 meters, and the maximum construction height can reach 12 meters.
Adapted to domestic construction needs, it achieves drilling operations with a hole depth of 4 meters; it can perform construction operations for system anchor bolts and lock-off anchor bolts up to 4 m in length, with automatic anchor bolt installation. The installation mechanism is simpler and more reliable than foreign models, effectively reducing operator labor intensity and improving work efficiency; it can achieve automatic grouting after anchor bolt installation, with a high degree of automation; it adopts an articulated wheeled chassis with four-wheel drive, featuring fast transfer speed, small turning radius, and strong climbing ability; fully hydraulic drive, with the hydraulic system using internationally renowned brands with superior performance and high reliability, ensuring stability and reliability; it is equipped as standard with our company's independently developed hydraulic rock drill, featuring high drilling hardness, fast drilling speed, low drill tool consumption, and stable and reliable performance.
