The dynamic performances of the new minicentres are really the best available on the market for this kind of machines: Rapid traverse rate: up 50.000 mm/min. The high performances of the HS minicentres are possible thanks to new brushless digital servomotors for all the axes, the new CNC Windows XP based and a stiff and sophisticated mechanical structure. The base of the machine contains all the service components, as vacuum pumps, cooling systems, air filters and also the electrical and electronic devices. The structure has been provided by chutes to collect the chips produced during machining in a sealed box. The covers of the machine are studied to protect the working environment from dust and noise and let the operator really free for maintenance or setup operations. The mechanical unit has very compact size to save space in the workshop. Thanks to their speed and the high resolution the minicentres HS are suited both for production and for small mould or EDM electrodes.
