Made up of strong structure in extruded aluminium, it has a drive with ground track composed of straight teeth, with hardened and ground gear, without play and noiselessness. Speedy allows to carry out different zeros by acting on the positioning stroke and is available in various lengths up to 12 m. It is possible to program up to 99 programs with 99 different steps, which can be repeated from 1 to 99 by setting the size on the keyboard and pressing the start button, the Speedy positions to the preset size. If equipped with vice it can work by pushing or pulling the bar towards itself. It can be used as bars positioner for punching machines, automatic or semiautomatic drills, bending machines, drilling unit on one axle, positioner for plank cutting machine, feeder for bar shearing and sawing machines.
